Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our handmade, personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue, including the original packaging.

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the damaged item

A partial refund

A full refund

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if damage occurred during shipping or if the item was defective upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Normal variations in handmade products (color, texture, scent strength, or appearance)

Preference-based concerns (scent, feel, or performance)

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
